How to insert: Fold the cup and insert it horizontally toward your tailbone. Allow it to open fully and form a gentle seal against the vaginal walls. When positioned correctly you should not feel it at all.

How to remove: Pinch the base of the cup to release the seal, gently pull down by the stem, empty into the toilet, rinse with cold water first to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild fragrance-free soap.

How to sanitize: Boil in water for 4 to 5 minutes before first use and before or after each period. Alternatively clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol. During your period clean at least once every 12 hours.
