How to insert: With clean hands, pinch the disc lengthwise to form a figure-eight shape and slide it in horizontally. Push upward on the front rim to tuck it comfortably behind the pubic bone. When positioned correctly you should not feel it at all.

How to remove: Hook your finger into the custom finger notch, gently pull the disc out, empty, rinse with cold water first to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild fragrance-free soap, and reinsert.

How to sanitize: Boil in water for 4 to 5 minutes before first use and before or after each period. Use tongs to ensure the disc does not rest at the bottom of the pot. Alternatively clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
